This snack is a dairy-free green tea ice cream.
What you'll need:
- 1 cup (plain or unsweetened vanilla) coconut milk, almond milk, rice milk, or soy milk (coconut milk works the best).
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. green tea powder (I use matcha)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 ziplock freezer bags
- 3 cups ice
- 1 tbsp. salt
Add milk, sugar, green tea powder, and vanilla to one bag. Seal bag and set inside second bag. Then add salt and ice to second bag, seal, and shake for 7-10 minutes. Pull out your bag full of ice cream, scoop, and serve.
